New York-based investment manager Fortress Investment Group just hired HFF to market for sale the AT&T Lenox Park Campus, a 1.1 million-square-foot complex just outside of Buckhead.
The complex, part of the master-planned Lenox Park community, is home to the headquarters of AT&T Mobility, or 1025 Lenox Park Blvd.
Fortress acquired the five-building complex in in 2014 from Columbia Property Trust of suburban Atlanta. Fortress paid $290 million for the asset.
Fortress likely wants to leverage strong demand for net-leased office properties in metro Atlanta. AT&T’s leases at the various buildings expire in 2018, 2020 and 2023, CRE Direct reports.
